Alarm isn’t working

I don’t undersdand…. no matter how many times I try to make this work, the alarm doesn’t go off. I’ve even set my computer to “never go to sleep”. This morning I missed the sunrise tour of the Angkor Wat because this alarm didn’t go off. Maybe it is something I am doing wrong, but still, the company should be very very clear about how to make it work. It seems like this happens to a LOT of people.
